Our free community support circles provide a safe space for individuals seeking help with their mental health.
Run by dedicated volunteers, these circles offer a sense of connection and understanding for those navigating life’s challenges.
Our goal is to create a supportive environment where everyone feels heard and valued.
Talking Toads - Talking Circle
Talking Toads is a £free community support group for parents and guardians of neuro-diverse children and/or young people who live with school anxieties and learning difficulties.
First Tuesday of every month

Bloody Hormones is a £free community support group for women to talk about anything hormonal or find support with any other feminine health issues during any time of their lives.

I’m fine, how are you? is a £free community support group for anyone who is having struggles within day-to-day life. Please pop in for a cup of tea and a chat with our lovely support network.

Mind Heartfordshire Network
We deliver essential mental health support in Hertfordshire, providing a diverse range of services from our eight Wellbeing Centres and other venues across all ten districts of the county. Funded locally, our services are available to all residents in Hertfordshire over the age of 18 and we offer dedicated services for 5-18 year olds.
We create opportunities for individuals experiencing mental ill health to make choices, find their solutions, build resilience and manage their wellbeing. Our services are based on the principle of self-help with a strong emphasis on prevention, personal development, self-management and improving health and wellbeing.

Nightlight is a countywide out-of-hours mental health crisis service providing a safe and welcoming space for people who are feeling distressed and experiencing a crisis.
Our Crisis Cafés and Crisis Helpline are open every evening for people who are experiencing a mental health crisis.

With Youth - Children and Young People’s Services - Mind
Welcome to our With Youth Service
Our digital service provides support to children and young people who are experiencing mental health needs or would like support with their emotional wellbeing.
Our service is open every day from 2pm – 10pm (excluding bank holidays) and creates a safe, supported space for children and young people to get the help they need, at the earliest opportunity.
