Mindfulness teaches us about awareness and how to live in the present moment. It can help us change the way we think and react to experiences and stress. We can learn to enhance our ability to relate to ourselves and others with kindness, acceptance and compassion.
Each week we will explore mindfulness based techniques helping to build emotional resilience, peace and happiness
3.30pm - 4pm Friday afternoons £10 per session
